Dr. Elliott is a health geographer whose primary area of research focuses on relationships between environment and health, broadly defined. Her current research activities can be organized around three broad themes: health and the built environment; health and the socially constructed environment; and health and the physical environment. She is also strongly committed to science-policy bridging.
