Dr. Tebbutt’s research is focused on the genomics of complex respiratory disease, including the early and late reactions in allergic asthma and rhinitis. He also investigates the interactions between fungal spores and human airway cells. Dr. Tebbutt’s expertise includes: genomics (DNA analysis, RNA-Seq, microarrays, etc), bioinformatics, biomarkers and diagnostics, molecular assay development, OMIC data integration.
